David JackBONEPassed away peacefully on Saturday 8th August 2026 at Mount Gould Hospital, aged 78 years, with his family by his side.
A much loved Husband to Susan and loving Dad to Deborah and Rachel. Father in law to Scott and Jeff, beloved Grandpa to his six Grandchildren and Brother to Nick. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral to take place at the Park Crematorium, room 1, on Thursday 3rd September 2026 at 11am. Everyone is welcome afterwards at the Plymouth Parkway Football Club, Bolitho Park, St Peters Road, PL5 3JH
